In a highly competitive market environment, FORNI METAL DESIGN is committed to putting customer satisfaction and long-term business sustainability at the centre of its activities. With this policy, we aim to build lasting relationships with our customers, guaranteeing high quality products and services and acting responsibly towards the environment and society. To this end, we are committed to putting the following goals at the centre of our activities:
  • Offering design, production and assembly services of products that meet customer expectations in terms of quality, price and delivery time;
  • Constant attention to customer and market requests;
  • Focus on continuous improvement of products and processes and prevention of complaints;
  • Ensuring compliance with mandatory legislation and all requirements that FORNI METAL DESIGN subscribes to;
  • Making the necessary profits to keep the company competitive in the market and remunerate all stakeholders;
  • Promotion and communication of a serious and reliable company;
  • Adoption of a management system compliant with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015;
  • Implementing preventive actions (risk- based thinking approach) necessary to anticipate the occurrence of deviations from standards regarding products, processes and the system with a view to continuous improvement;
  • Product certifications according to international schemes to assure the customer of technical and safety performance in accordance with applicable mandatory regulations;
  • Conduct our activities in a transparent, ethical manner and in compliance with applicable laws, and we are committed to combating all forms of corruption
  • Minimizing the impact and reducing significant waste of resources of our activities;
  • use self-produced renewable energy, reducing the use of non-renewable sources and the environmental impact of production activities.
FORNI METAL DESIGN operates in accordance with the ILO Conventions referred to in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (1998). The organization's commitment can be summarized as:
  • respect freedom of association, worker representation and collective bargaining rights;
  • prohibit the use of forced, compulsory or bonded labour;
  • not employ workers below the minimum legal working age;
  • not assign hazardous or heavy work to workers under 18 years of age, except where allowed by law for training purposes;
  • ensure equal opportunities and non-discrimination in employment, profession and treatment;
  • provide working conditions that protect health and safety;
  • condemn any form of violence, abuse, threats, restriction of personal freedom, unlawful withholding of wages or personal documents.
Based on the general objectives set out above, FORNI METAL DESIGN has defined objectives and targets (measurable where is it possible), whose achievement is ensured by the availability of the necessary resources and every year verified during the management review. This Policy is available on the company bulletin boards and communicated to all people working for FORNI METAL DESIGN; upon request, it will also be communicated to stakeholders.
